Due to problems on my end the process took two weeks. During this time Tyler Lachniet went out of his way to answer every question I threw at him and there were many. He was very quick to respond to all of my questions and even kept in touch while on leave to get married. When I picked the vehicle up Tyler was on leave so Cleveland Luster showed me the car. Even though it wasn’t his sale he spent almost two hours showing me all of the features on the car. At one point he took the car back to detailing and buffed out some scratches and reapplied the paint protection himself. This was after I had already purchased the car. Carly and Dwayne in financing were also great and went out of their way to take care of me. Unbelievable customer service by Tyler and Cleveland!
