We just bought our 2nd CX-9 Grand Touring from Mazda MOG and this experience was as good as the last time in 2008. Jacob went with my wife on the test drive a few weeks ago then stayed in touch with her a f and this experience was as good as the last time in 2008. After doing lots of research I worked a deal in a few minutes with Dwayne (Jacob was not in that day) on the phone and there were no tricks once we went into the dealership. The price we agreed on was what was on the contract. Stephen was great in finance. Very nice and friendly. Once we took delivery Cleveland went over everything with us for about 30 minutes. Lots of options on this car but Cleveland was patient and answered all of our questions. Everyone was great! I would buy another Mazda from MMOG without hesitation. More

Simply stated this was the worst experience I have had buying a car. From the salesman freaking our when I asked for my keys back to the finance manager (Dwayne), not returning my calls on 3 occasions. buying a car. The rubber floor mats on a CX-5 look like they have 3 years of wear when they are new. It's also irritating that they tint all the front side windows when the vehicle hits the lot (I don't care for the extra tinting). I will not buy another car from this dealership. I had great experiences at the Hyundai dealership across the street, both sales and service, I should have stuck with them. One other note is that the heads up display is not adjustable side to side and if your lean on the armrest it cuts some of the info from view. One other minor point is that when call and ask to speak to anyone they ask who you are like everyone there is so important that they have to qualify weather or not they will talk to you, I personally find this practice offensive. More
