The process of car buying continues to evolve with emerging technology. Yet, at the end of the day, most prefer to actually see a car, drive it, and sit in it before making a large purchase. Still, a generation of buyers prefers as little in-person buying as possible. Mall of Georgia Mazda has done a great job playing into this industry evolution. If you want to have a traditional dealership buying experience, they are at the ready with friendly and knowledgeable staff to answer all your questions and ensure you see the vehicle that best fits your plan. For me, I worked online with Dwayne Carter on a 2021 Mazda CX-5. I typically like to get the best pricing via the internet (dealer website, TrueCar, etc.) before I set foot on a dealer lot. In my case, I'd driven the car I wanted to buy so I didn't need to do that. I just wanted the best deal. I was able to get a trade-in value for my car, and internet pricing as the framework for my deal. I was able to share pictures of my trade-in and all the details they needed to price it. We worked together over a two-week window and got to a point where we could jump on a call together. It took 8 minutes to finalize the numbers on the phone. Dwayne was terrific. Thirty minutes later I arrived at the dealership with my two oldest kids in hand to learn about the car buying experience. We were warmly greeted by Austin who took us through the rest of the process. We experienced no hiccups, delays or, what I feared the most, no deal changes. It went as it should go but rarely does. Stephen in the finance team was equally as friendly and efficient. Kudos to Mall of Georgia Mazda for leveraging a paper-free close, using a cool table integrated computer, and giving us all our deal paperwork in a USB drive instead of a bulky folder. This is how car buying should go. Kudos to the entire Mall of Georgia Mazda team for a fantastic experience. I will be telling everyone I know in the market for a new ride. More

We were fed a pack of lies about car value holding up, credit would be stellar, etc. Nothing came to fruition and now we cannot find a way to get our family an SUV and are stuck with a tiny vehicle that is worthless. Avoid Mazda and any Rick Hendrick brand. Lies, lies and more lies. Mazda will not and does not hold its value. And keep the car for a year and have equity?! Laughable. More
