RUNNN! ! They do NOT inspect or care about the used cars they sell. We have bought our second one from them… MAJOR mistake… First one we bought, only laste ! They do NOT inspect or care about the used cars they sell. We have bought our second one from them… MAJOR mistake… First one we bought, only lasted 5k miles before it needed ALOT of work Second one didn’t even last 24 hours- leaking in the front and back of the car, gas tank didn’t work, mister didn’t work- our car has been in their possession for over a 1.5 months- they have told us 2 times it was ready…. That was a lie.. the first time they said it was ready- it was not.. still leaking, misters didn’t work, didn’t clean the damages from water- on top of all of that they damaged our handles and put two engraving scratches on the handles… which they blamed us for doing… once we told them we had proof… thennn they said they would fix it… They have said the car has been ready for a few days now, went to pick up.. STILLL leaking… RUNNN FROM THIS PLACE. They do not care about you or the cars they sell. They are also breaking many UCC laws (just like 99% of dealerships out there) DO NOTTTT BUY A NEW OR USED CAR FROM THEM More
Why five stars? After some thought and the fact that my 2012 Truck didn’t have the safety features I wanted, I decided it was time to upgrade. Today’s market is tough and shopping it online I found other dealers adding a ton additional markups taking advantage of the supply issues. Everything from mandatory extended warranties to additional things like overpriced floor mats, window visors, after market roof racks, and paint and fabric protection totally several thousand over MSRP. One dealer it was 6 thousand over MSRP. I have bought a CX-5 in 2016 for my wife at Mall of Georgia Mazda and had great service then so I decided to stop in and see what they had in stock. I was greeted by Samuel Anefils, and asked for a test drive of a 2021 CX-5 Grand Touring Reserve in Dark Blue Metallic color. He took the time to explain and all the features before we left the lot. He showed me the subwoofer in the back while demonstrating the auto open/close hatch. When seated in the car he showed me the controls and how they worked. From the one button up/down windows to the safety features of the vehicle, blind spot monitoring, lane departure, and others. We took a test drive over highway and some curvy roads to get a good feel of the car. It was a great ride. When we parked back at the dealer I saw a Metallic Gray one that I liked better and asked if it was for sale. Sam asked the manager, Brandon Apon, that it had just come in and need a little prepping. Sam took the car away to finish prepping it. The buying process with Brandon, was very straightforward and we reached price and trade in amounts in no time. Brandon gave great price up front and no games played. They were able to match my financing I had pre-approved so I was able to take home the car that night. The finance person, Carly Vendemia, went over all the various warranties and service agreements. I did see the advantage of the oil change program as I keep cars for a long time and it would be something that made sense. Everything cleared. Financing approved and the salesman, Sam finished prepping the car with the accessories I purchased. I drove off to meet my wife for dinner. Since I have been back for service I still see them all at the dealer and they remember and say hello. This tells me it’s a well run dealership that takes care of their customers and employees. This review is from my purchase October 2021 and the reason it took me a while to write this is because I have put 27,000 miles on it taking trips and commuting. I love driving my CX-5 . More

Not too often do you find a dealership that makes a mistake and goes above and beyond to fix and resolve the problem, especially when they didn't have to! To me that shows character, and shows you to b mistake and goes above and beyond to fix and resolve the problem, especially when they didn't have to! Everyone was incredibly kind through my entire experience, especially Angelo Pierre, the car salesman who I had the pleasure of being assisted by. I think my new favorite phrase at a car dealership is “We don’t get paid commission.” I never felt any pressure to buy (except for wanting to because they were all so nice and helpful and I wanted to give them my business) and I never felt strong-armed. With car buying already being such an emotionally draining sport, especially as a woman, this put me at ease. I had a tight budget, came in wanting one thing and got to the end wanting another thing and they were patient with me, tried to work with me with discounts and genuine advice and I felt respected as a customer rather than merely a transaction deal to check off their list. I decided to leave my first day in the dealership to continue to do research and Angelo kept in touch, being patient as I considered other dealerships and cars while continuing to research the cars in their lot. I ultimately dragged my feet too long and the car I was going to settle on sold and I bought elsewhere, and even through that, Angelo was kind and congratulatory. 10/10 recommended the dealership and Angelo Pierre as well as Marcus Hulsey, the Sales Manager. More
