I've bought or negotiated 10+ vehicles in my time, and the routine does not change -- if you arrive with a price in mind (that's not the dealer's), you gotta do the dance. Well, I couldn't have asked for better partners than Chris Smith (sales person) and Mark Lyda (sales manager). These gents treated me respectfully, and without the phony-baloney "salesmanship" and occasionally out-right pressure that I encountered at every other dealership. Obviously, they have to represent the dealership's interest, yet they were clearly working to give me my "number" or close to it. Chris, an up-and-comer, is a 100% class act, and Mark is clearly a seasoned, equally classy veteran. I urge you without reservation: seek them out by name. (Even if Chris is busy -- as I'm sure he will be, given his great service -- Mark will get you to someone who must meet the same high standards.) As you may guess by now, the dance ended as it began -- on a high-note: I'm absolutely delighted with my new 2016.5 CX-5 that I purchased from MoGA Mazda.
