I shopped on line first engaging in a chat. I explained what I was looking for and asked questions about options, and I indicated what my trade-in would be. I did not get any answers from the chat, but did make an appointment for a visit. When I arrived, they had not used any of the information I had provided, so we started from scratch. The chat was pretty much worthless except for getting an appointment. We and they could have saved a lot of time and energy if they read the chats. Jasmine did do a great job of narrowing down options; we drove two models and quickly decided on the NX 350h. Jasmine was helpful and pleasant to work with. The Hendrix dealership is an impressive facility. The people were friendly and helpful. We drove off the lot in our new car and are completely satisfied. I would only comment that there was an excessive amount of waithing time; we waited for Jasmine to find and prepare the vehicles on the lot; we waited for the manager to get out of a meeting (really?); we waited for the finance guy. This was somewhat inconvenient. The car made the sale, and we are very happy. More
