Aside from being attentive to my every concern, Hayden and Aaron made sure my online purchase process was as transparent as possible, and my in-person pickup was ready when I arrived Saturday morning (9/19/2026) from Atlanta, GA. The General Manager and finance team were very understanding of my limited financial resources and the uncontrolled circumstances that led to a sub-par industry standard credit score that would have presented me as an ideal buyer to lenders. However, they worked tirelessly with a lender to get the deal financed. Although I was not totally satisfied or pleased with the interest rate I received, in my credit challenged situation I am grateful to God and the entire Hendricks Lexus of Charlotte team for allowing God to work through them to grant me favor in my time of need. I recommend this dealership and its staff to anyone searching for an honest, professional, caring car buying experience grounded in integrity and compassion for people. He was patient with us and even showed/test drove with us the other brand we were considering. He never bad mouthed the other brand and gave them credit where they excelled. At the end, he showed us a comparable Lexus and the value of the Lexus brand. We stopped by not intending on buying a car, but left with a (practically) new Lexus! There was no pressure from the finance/warranty department. It was all factual and pressure free. The technology demo by Justin before we left was amazing. He took time to make sure everything was completely set up for me. He also made sure that I was completely comfortable before we left the dealership.
