I went to Hendrick Lexus for a battery for my key card but also had a GPS question for the Tech Department. Upon going to the Tech desk, I met Ralph Yerkes. Little did I know today that my 2 questions would lead to a full blown personal tech review of my NX350h, which I desperately needed. Ralph explained things so clearly that I might actually retain the info! He is personable, capable and is an excellent teacher with an easy going style. Since Lexus has a lot of tech features, I am so glad to know he’s there to help. It was such a productive morning. I just want him to know his time was extremely appreciated. I bought my 2025 Lexus in Tx before moving to NC, so Hendrick will be where my servicing will be done going forward. More
