Vehicle purchase sight unseen ,There are not enough ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ to describe my experience at Hendrick Lexus Charlotte from my initial phone call to the dealership to the time I drove off with my vehicle , Patrick to describe my experience at Hendrick Lexus Charlotte from my initial phone call to the dealership to the time I drove off with my vehicle , Patrick Beuford was my sales associate this gentleman was an absolute pleasure too deal with an excellent attitude ,Patrick took the time to walk around the vehicle and point out everything via phone video and pictures du to the fact that i would fly from New York to Charlotte to purchase my vehicle , I decided I was satisfied with all that Patrick described and left a deposit, Joy Spencer who handled all the paperwork was also a pleasure to deal with she sent me all the paperwork to fill out overnight prior to flying down, once at the airport Patrick had arranged for a young man Grant to pick us up from the airport, Patrick greeted us once we arrived and showed us my new L certified purchase and it was much nicer than described it definitely exceeded my expectations. the buying experience at this dealership was EXCEPTIONAL and made our 700 mile trip back to New York a pleasure, I come from a history of Lexus purchases and by far Hendrick Lexus of Charlotte was the absolute best, Thank You Patrick ,Joy and the rest of the team that made this buying experience possible, I would defiantly recommend Hendrick for there buying experience even if you must travel out of state to there dealership.
