Chris Pugh helped me with my new car. He took some time asking me what I was looking for, what I had been driving and my driving habits. He suggested I test drive a Sportage XLine. It was the end of the day but he took the time to explain the different trim levels and features of each. I left and went to another dealership and test drove a couple of other cars, but couldn't stop thinking about the Kia. I messaged Chris on Monday morning and told him I'd be in that afternoon to purchase the XLine. Chris was the least sales-y person ever and that's a big part of the experience for me. He knew a ton about the cars and obviously believed in the brand. He inspired a lot of confidence. The finance manager I worked with, Karande, was excellent as well.
