I went in to this dealership looking for an everyday driver. I met Chris Pugh, a salesman there, and the rest, as they say, is history. First let me say he was as down- to- earth as they come, just as nice and friendly as he could be, and very genuine. Since I wasn't familiar with the Kia brand, he told me his background in the auto industry and was more than qualified. We test drove the vehicle, chatted for what seemed like an hour, then I left and went elsewhere to look at some more vehicles. Not once during the entire time I was with Chris did he ask me about buying a vehicle there. He wasn't pushy at all, and that's very hard to come by in the car sales industry. I didn't feel comfortable at the other place, so that following Monday I called Chris and told him I would like the car off the showroom floor. I was at work so I didn't show up to the dealership until 4:30 that afternoon. He had the car out, polished, and fueled up. After I did the paperwork, he took me out and showed me every aspect of that car and it's capabilities. This was truly a very nice car- buying experience. If you want someone you can trust and who isn't pushy, ask for Chris, he's a great human being. More
