Having paid almost $800. 00 to have the fuel tanked 'cleaned' because Kia of Cary said it was stalling and sputtering due to water in the tank, the issue was not rectified. Upon picking it up and driving it acceleration was slow. The service mgr. John, assured us it was fixed. It was not. Having to drive several miles home, the car began sputtering and stalling and Kia was closed at this point. I can not recommend this Dealership nor their service department. The money needs to be refunded. Taking it to a reputable mechanic we discovered it was the fuel pump. The diagnostics were the same as they were BEFORE we took the car to Kia of Cary. More
