Slimy and aggressive. A typical high pressure sales model. Original sales guy (forgot his name) would not shut up. Manager Smith would not let me leave. This car company let my 30 days temporary tags expire. The finance manager informed me that he was contacting the sales manager about this matter and this was 2 days before the the tags expired, he never The finance manager informed me that he was contacting the sales manager about this matter and this was 2 days before the the tags expired, he never got back with me on this situation until I called the sales manager myself and he made it happen. To me this matter should have been taken care of earlier. Bad business! More
