We are from Ohio and experienced what I thought would be a major problem with my Kia coming through the mountains and we went to Hendricks KIA to have it checked out. The staff we dealt with we're wonderful and very knowledgable and within the hour we were back on the road again. When they realized we were traveling and would still have many miles on the road they did a complete check out of the vehicle and also washed the car for me at no charge and I didn't expect that at all. If I ever move to this area they will be the dealership I work with for sure. Thank you so much for all you done for us to reassure us and to make sure the vehicle was safe. Had to go to service for a problem with my tire and the service dept could not have been nicer. Thoroughly explained the problem to me and got it fixed in record time. Ric was awesome in fixing our van. during thiss time my dad suffered a heart attack. Rick called on his day off to check on his condition. Service and compassion. I have owned Mercedes & Jaguars for over 30 years. This is my first Korean/Asian car. I have never been treated with more respect, honesty & professionalism than the service manager, Rick Cascino, ha This is my first Korean/Asian car. Rick is a tremendous asset to Hendrick Kia! I drive over 70 miles on way (passing several dealerships, including one in my hometown) to have Rick service my Optima SX. More
My reliable KIA has needed little service but I have visited the Hendrick KIA Service Dept. several times. Rick Cascino the Service Manager, demonstrates Customer Care at a level I have not encountered visited the Hendrick KIA Service Dept. several times. Rick Cascino the Service Manager, demonstrates Customer Care at a level I have not encountered in years at any Auto Dealership or for that matter within other retail businesses. A recent significant issue that I encountered, required extensive attention to detail and time just by the nature of the problem. Rick's patients, understanding and commitment to insuring my total satisfaction could only be rated as second to none. Although I attempted to not make any unreasonable request, I know that my expectation are high. It did not take long to realize that Rick's goal was to exceed my expectations. As a manager myself, I know this is a hard job, some people frustrated over a car issue take it out on the Service guys and it does not speak well of some customers. I think you will find Rick and his associate EJ to be very stand up guys who care about your service experience at KIA Hendrick and I highly recommend them. My hats off also to Pete in the Collision Center and his staff. More

I love the car I got. My experience would not have been the same if it weren't for my salesman Kevin. He wasn't pushy while I took my time deciding, and he worked with the finance guys to get me the price the same if it weren't for my salesman Kevin. There were however, a lot of errors with my paperwork that kept it from being a 5 star overall experience and rather a 4 star. The actual lease/deal paperwork had the wrong VIN number listed and I had to come back to sign again. The finance department forgot to take my down payment (something that I remembered and told them about) so I had to go back for that. But Kevin had someone fill up my gas tank for me for my time and trouble. That made it okay and worth it. Also, about a month later I got pulled over for having the wrong tag on my car because the title/license department had done a tag re-issue rather than a tag transfer, so I was supposed to be driving with a temporary tag, but had been driving with my old car's tag. Called Kevin and I had a new plate in two days. Kevin also went out of his way and drove to my work to pick up some documents they needed, and I didn't even ask him to do that. All in all, there are some negative reviews and experiences listed here that I've heard about from others, and I can see how my experience may have turned into one of those. But because of Kevin's great customer service, I ended up really happy and I love my Kia Forte! So ask for him if you go :-) More

I have bought a lot of cars. I recently purchased a used SUV at this dealership.I probably could have spent another few days searching the internet and visiting multiple dealerships and i might have saved a SUV at this dealership.I probably could have spent another few days searching the internet and visiting multiple dealerships and i might have saved a few dollars more but the VALUE that I received at Hendrick can't be matched. I feel like I got a great trade in offer for my 2006 with high milage.The dealership did everything to prepare my vehicle for my expectations (installed camera and Nav) in a timely and professional manner.My hat is off to the sales and service department here. More
This service department was the best expeirence ive ever had!!!EJ was great in letting me know what was going on with my car at all times and when he didnt have an answer. the technician workingon my car ca had!!!EJ was great in letting me know what was going on with my car at all times and when he didnt have an answer. the technician workingon my car came out from the shop to answer any questions i had..my car was fixed right the first time and they even washed and vaccumed it for me....best service department!!!HIGHLY reccomend More
