I spent 2500 on a recommended service and they broke a bolt that took 2 months to fix. Six months later the bolt they repaired broke again and now they want me to pay for another engine. Its been with them for 3 weeks and not one call to tell me what they plan to do to make it right. More
Worst service department I've ever experienced Love my FIAT for past two years. Sales people are great. The service department is the worst. I have no options to take it elsewhere. Service is share Love my FIAT for past two years. Sales people are great. The service department is the worst. I have no options to take it elsewhere. Service is shared with the Dodge store. I am thinking about trading for a different make to get away from having to deal with the service department. FIATs do have issues, so... More

Dishonorable.....stay away! I leased a car from this dealership & promised certain things. I then returned my leased car & leased another car after 11 months. My fiance died and I leased a car from this dealership & promised certain things. I then returned my leased car & leased another car after 11 months. My fiance died and I did not need to have 3 cars nor can I afford to maintain 3 cars. I decided to return my leased car and was told they could not / would not honor the promises made by the salesman & sales manager. How ironic that neither still work there! Everything was in writing, yet they say the former salesman & manager did not have the authority to make those promises. The manager at this time was not willing to help me and I recommend that you NOT purchase or lease a car from this dealership. History shows I am a repeat customer as long as you treat me right & this obviously does not mean anything to them. More
BEYOND DISGUSTED WITH THIS DEALERSHIP! Pulled into Hendrick Kia by mistake. Was on the phone with Fred Anderson Kia, thinking I was going there, when I got out of the car. First mistake, I Pulled into Hendrick Kia by mistake. Was on the phone with Fred Anderson Kia, thinking I was going there, when I got out of the car. First mistake, I didn't get back in my car and head over to Fred Anderson. Instead, I spoke to Robert, GREAT GUY, have nothing bad to say about him. We looked around, ended up finding exactly what I wanted on the lot. We talked numbers, they said I was approved, we agreed, I signed, and drove away. FOUR days later I was told that I didn't get the Kia financing, but they did get me approved at a higher intrest rate with another bank. I wasn't real comfortable with the monthly payment that I signed up for, let alone having that payment go up. I had an appointment for the following day to go back to Hendrick to have the front windows tinted, so I told the finance person I'd bring my down payment (which we forgot to take care of on Monday) then, and I'd sign the new paperwork. Since we forgot it Monday, he kinda pressured me to give him my debit card over the phone, SECOND MISTAKE!!! As the afternoon went on, I got more and more concerned over this monthly payment. I decided to go over to Fred Anderson to see if they could get me a better deal, being that the deal I signed with Hendrick on Monday, fell through. Not only did Fred Anderson get me a better deal, but they also offer LIFETIME POWERTRAIN WARRANTY! LIFETIME OIL CHANGES! LIFETIME CAR WASHES!! I texted my salesman over at Hendrick, letting him know that I was going to be returning the car, that I couldn't afford this new payment! I went ahead and decided to buy a car at Fred Andersons. The next morning, the Kia that I had from Hendrick was returned, however, Hendrick REFUSED to release my trade in, stating that it had already been sold! Which by the way, IS COMPLETELY ILLEGAL SINCE THEY DIDN'T HAVE THE TITLE! Representatives from Hendrick blew up my phones on Saturday, Now I am being told that the phone conversation I had with the finance guy on Friday is no longer true, that they somehow reworked the deal so that all the number figures match exactly to the contract I signed that Monday night. Of course ALL OF THAT WAS DONE AFTER THE FACT, AFTER THEY KNEW THAT I WAS RETURNING THEIR CAR, AND AFTER LEARNING I WAS DEALING WITH FRED ANDERSON KIA! In other words, I am bound by the contract I signed with them because they made all the numbers match. It doesn't matter that the papers I signed had Kia Motors financing, the lender name doesn't matter, it's the numbers that matter! So if all this was done on the up and up, then why didn't they call my insurance company?? I contacted my insurance agency and confirmed with them what vehicle they have listed for me, they have the vehicle I purchased from Fred Anderson. Hendrick NEVER even contacted my insurance agency, so those 4 days I had THEIR car, I wasn't insured!!! Isn't that something the dealer does after you purchase a car from them? Why else would they ask you for your insurance provider, agent's name, address, and telephone number? NONE OF THIS WAS DONE BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T HAVE A FUNDABLE CONTRACT WITH ME TILL AFTER I TOOK MY BUSINESS ELSE WHERE. AS I SAID BEFORE, THEY ARE CLAIMING I AM BOUND BY THIS CONTRACT, Now, I am just waiting to hear back from the DMV OFFICER to verify with her that I am in fact bound by this contract OR NOT. If I am, you bet your sweet bottom I will remove any signs of that car coming from their lot. I will reach out to every possible social media outlet available to let as many people as I can know just how awful this dealership is to deal with!!! If the DMV OFFICER states I have a case against them, oh giddy up!!! I WILL BE THROWING A PARTY IN THE FRED ANDERSON KIA PARKING LOT LETTING EVERYONE THAT STOPS THERE KNOW THAT THEY ARE THE BEST KIA DEALERSHIP IN THE STATE OF NC, AND THAT HENDRICK IS THE WORST OF THE WORST!!! Fred Anderson has been so great to me, and if I am forced to take this car back from Hendrick, they are willing to let me back out of the deal I have with them. WHY U ASK?? BECAUSE THEY CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS! THEY WANT A GOOD CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!! THEY WANT YOU TO TELL YOUR FAMILY & FRIENDS ABOUT THEM WHEN LOOKING FOR A CAR!! Hendrick Kia SUCKS, STAY AWAY, STAY VERY FAR AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
Great Experience Worked with Carly Ricker, she has done an amazing job in assisting. Has extreme patience, very friendly, very knowlegible on all the vehicles we reviewed. There was no pressure on any of the vehicles we looked at, very patiently walked back and forth getting keys for us to enter the vehicles we wanted to see. After picking out one of interest, between her and her manager they came to an offer that was to hard to pass up. So, hats off to this team, when the need comes for another vehicle, this is where and hopefully again be able to work with these people. More

They have had it two weeks and expect us to drive a new car with faulty electronic problems ! We have notified attorney general, BBB, and next step is 2 wants to know! This place is ridiculous! More
My b/f and I were both in the market for new cars. After shopping around, we were sold on KIA. Initially, we did great at Hendrick. We went one night, did our test drives, got an idea of our trade in values shopping around, we were sold on KIA. Initially, we did great at Hendrick. We went one night, did our test drives, got an idea of our trade in values and new car prices. Of course they did try to get us to buy that night, but we assured them we would be back. We returned the following evening, did some more test drives and were ready to talk money. Of course they were not happy that we wanted the advertised prices as shown on their website (which are thousands of dollars different than what they expect you to pay because the online prices don't account for the extra "dealer options" they have already added to the vehicles). During negotiations on the first car, the sales person left to speak with her manager. The manager returned, alone, asking what we did to the poor girl because apparently we scared her half to death. Aside from normal haggling...we did nothing out of the ordinary. Maybe she just isn't cut out for sales. Eventually, we got through both cars, were happy with the trade in offers, and the final prices. My car was not going to be ready to take home until the following day, as it was new to the lot and was locked in the service area getting cleaned...which was fine with me (I was given another car of the same make to drive home for the night). We signed all the paperwork and were excited that the process had been fairly smooth. The following day, I received a TEXT MESSAGE, not a phone call, letting me know that the car they sold me the night before, was actually already sold to someone else and to verify that I wanted the same colors so they could search for the same car from other dealerships. I was FURIOUS. Not entirely sure how you can sell a car twice, but apparently you can, and apparently it happens a lot. After calls/voicemails left for the manager I had dealt with the night before, I finally get a call back from a different manager. She apologized and explained that believe it or not this does happen a lot (ok, well your dealership has issues then). She agreed to look for something on the lot a step up. I get a return phone call from the sales girl, telling me they have the same car with different interior that can be brought from another dealership tonight, or the same exact car the following day since it was at a dealership farther away. I explained that the manager said she would look at something on the lot, a step up and she just said oh yeah we can't do that because the price difference is too much. After getting back on the phone with the manager, who was not willing to adjust prices or give me something better for the same price, I finally made the choice to just take back my trade in, and take my business elsewhere. Shortly thereafter, I received another TEXT MESSAGE, not a phone call, telling me to give them a few hours before I come in, because they had already sold my car to auction and had to work on getting it back. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? YOU TEXT ME THAT INFORMATION? I had absolutely lost it at this point. I had to leave work early, get my b/f and get to that dealership immediately. Once there, we explained both deals were off, we wanted both cars back and we were going to take our business elsewhere. Only then, were they willing to work with us. Because I got the vibe that they didn't know exactly where my car (that I traded in) was, it was wait around, or take their offer of the same exact car in terms of color/package, except the one with the 3rd row, for the same price I had already signed off on. After a pretty horrible experience, I will not go back to Hendrick KIA, or any Hendrick for that matter. I would not recommend this place at all. They made me feel like I was in the wrong and that they were doing me a favor by looking for a replacement vehicle. This being my first NEW car purchase I was excited. I now realize why people say buying a car is worse than buying a house. DO NOT GO HERE. More
I had to send them a copy of my drivers license three times, and they stated they never received it. Had to bring paperwork back several times, because they "lost" it. I was supposed to get my license pl times, and they stated they never received it. Had to bring paperwork back several times, because they "lost" it. I was supposed to get my license plate over month ago, and have called, stopped in and finally got a straight answer from the nice lady at desk when I called and spoke with the operator. Phillip lied and said he had someone at the DMV picking up my plate but its a holiday. He has returned one phone, only because I spoke with someone else and told them he would not answer the phone or call me back. I guess he doesn't enjoy doing paperwork, and he never even attempted to get my license plate. I will let everyone I know, not to ever purchase a car from here, my experience has been awful. Phillip is a dishonest, unlawful employee. More
