Don't Go Here Unless You Want Everything Screwed Up I have never seen a dealership with such a complete lack of understanding of what they are doing. We had to fill out paperwork not one....not twice... I have never seen a dealership with such a complete lack of understanding of what they are doing. We had to fill out paperwork not one....not twice...but three times. Not because of something we did, but because they kept screwing them up. We pent 8 hrs the first time we were there. The second time they had to come to our home. And the third time we spent another 30 minutes there. Not to mention we had to switch out the car once and have a defective tire fixed. It's been almost a month, our next payment will be due and I don't even know if the paperwork has been filed. More

I never thought I would own a Korean named vehicle but if you look at where the major parts and assembly took place it is just about as American as any other car with a traditional American brand name. I would recommend over other Kia dealerships that I visited and thoroughly enjoy the Kia SUV I purchased. More

A friend who used to work at the dealership recommended them to me, so I would definitely continue going back. More

Great Service I usually don't take time to write a review (either good or bad) but I need to write this review. I moved to NC a few months ago. I bought my 2016 K I usually don't take time to write a review (either good or bad) but I need to write this review. I moved to NC a few months ago. I bought my 2016 Kia Sorento out of state before moving. Well my airbag light came on. I called Hendrick and was told I needed to get the light reset. My son & I headed over to Hendrick for our appointment on Saturday, 1/9/16. We waited for quite a while but the light couldn't be reset. Corey was AWESOME! He noticed my car had a few recalls on it as well. He set me up in a loaner car and had all the recall work done and the airbag modulator replaced. And Dory she was AWESOME as well. I had my 4 year old son with me and you all know that 4 a year old can get pretty antsy when they have to wait. She didn't mind that he ran into her office door and talked her ear off. She gave him a few snacks and made him feel welcomed. Thank you Hendrick for everything. I have found my dealer here in Cary NC. More

UNHAPPY CUSTOMER In September 2013 we purchased our first 2013 KIA Soul/Titanium and owned it until we traded it in on our second purchase in September 2015 for a 2015 In September 2013 we purchased our first 2013 KIA Soul/Titanium and owned it until we traded it in on our second purchase in September 2015 for a 2015 KIA Soul Hatchback/Bright Silver. KIA is a "great" car and we have never had any problems with it to date!! The service of the car was also no issue or problem. Customer Service after the deal was processed is the issue or problem. When the deal is being made you are treated like no one can do enough for you however after the deal is done no one will bother to assist you with any questions or issues. This has happened on both purchases to date. Apparently our transaction paperwork was filed away before it was fully completed and we are still awaiting our HENDRICKAUTOGARD cards for which we paid on 09/16/2015 and today is 11/11/2015. We did inform the general sales manager, Charles HART who is in the process of trying to resolve our issues or problems. More
Absolute worst service department I've been involved with!! I am totally disgusted by the runaround I continue to be subjected to. The "service advisers" are inexperienced and each time I have had my vehicle in I am totally disgusted by the runaround I continue to be subjected to. The "service advisers" are inexperienced and each time I have had my vehicle in for service, I have had to call them numerous times just to get status on my vehicle, even after being told my adviser was with a customer and would call me right back. The latest occurrence had me calling in at 5:55 P.M. (they close at 6:00) to find out where my vehicle was and got yet another recording to leave a voicemail and someone would call back the next business day! So, I'm without my vehicle and NO ONE in the "service" dept had the decency to call me to say it wouldn't be ready. This is an absolute joke! More

The VIN was entirely different. There were no front side lights either as was in the one on line. It's called "switch and bait". BEWARE. also Marcus the finance guy was super nice and knows his job very well. well enough to bamboozle these 2 old folks into a $2500 extended service contract that we could not afford and did not want. watch out for the finance guy and how he presents the figures to you before you sign anything. we have learned a lesson and i promise you we will never buy from this dealer again and will relay what happened to us old folks to all our friends and family. it's a shame that a dealership with the name of Rick Hendricks on it would have people working for him that would take advantage of people this way. hope they can lay their head down and sleep at night. More
