Go anywhere but here!!!!! They were more than happy to sell me my Kia Stinger GT2, but as soon as I walked out the door, the happy service stopped. The sales staff screwed up my registration resulting in 7 weeks of frustrating phone calls and excuses until I was finally provided with a registration on the last day before I was fined by DMV. After having the car for 4 months, I was having issues with the wheel well and when I brought it in to be checked, the service team told me I would have to pay for an obvious design defect. I called Kia consumer affairs to report the dealership and was told I would get a call back from them same day or no later than next day.....6 days later, I called them because they never contacted me - still no resolution. Love the car, but definitely not worth the hassle!!!!! More

We told them we wanted the car and we did all the paper work so the car was OURS! This was on a Saturday. Go back on Monday and they SOLD THE CAR. We already did the paper work. So we found a tahoe not exactly what we wanted but was our second choice and it was on site. At first they were not willing to admit they where wrong and didn't want to negotiate a price. So we left. (Typical dealership games) They called us and went way down on the price because we told them we would write a bad review. We went back and bought the car. This was on JANUARY 22. 30 day tags expire in 30 days! So that means February 21 the tags are out of date. It is now March 6 and STILL NO TAGS. On top of that we have called 5 times and no one knows anything about our tags and will get back to us which never happens. Also it's always someone different that we get into contact with. One guy said the title and tag stuff is in the DMV's hands. I just got off the phone with the DMV and nothing has been sent to them. Our sales man was good and helpful but everyone else is not. More

Terrible My wire and I were in the market to lease a car so we figured we would go to Hendrick kia. What a mistake. My auto payment history was excellent and my credit score was not that bad. They told me I would have to put 5000 down to get a low payment. Really I just got the same car no money down and a lower payment at another kia. The original car we had leased they put the wrong part in and the car smelled like it was on fire. They got us into another vehicle but at a higher payment when it was their fault. There is 28,000 mile on this car and I have to replace tires. So dissapointed. More

I purchased a Jeep from the used car lot in July. Within a week it was back at the dealership where it stayed for almost 2 weeks for a rear end replacement. Every time I would go and check on it I was told "the part is on order", but no one could track it. So for most of my 30 day warranty my truck sat in the back of the Dodge dealership. I soon found out that they did get the part in, but it was broke and had to be sent back. The communication was HORRIBLE AND NO ONE WAS UPDATING US! Yet they gladly took my down payment. I was not given any updates until I called and when I got the Jeep back it had been ran into something! So I had to take it back for bodywork!! I can not make this up! Well I go to get in my Jeep this past weekend and it is a large pool of water in the floor board. Well I yet again take it to the dealership and they tell me to bring it back on Tuesday so it can be repaired (something about a leak in the molding). Well while they were looking at it I hear one of the service department people say "take the soft top off and put on a hard top..problem solved" Well that was not very professional at all! Well I called to see if it will be ready to pick up today or tomorrow to be told "..well our water guy does not come until Friday.." So why tell me to bring it on Tuesday and every time my husband has called today he is put on hold and told the Sales Manager is busy with customers. This is my 1st and LAST purchase from Hendrick and I DO NOT recommend them to ANYONE looking for a new or used car!! More
Worst Service Experience Brought in my new Avalon for the first service at 5k miles. This was labeled as a quick service that took 2.5 hours. I arrived to an empty service bay 10 minutes early and had to wait 20 minutes to speak with my service rep. We waited over two hours when I noticed my car being pulled into the completed line. We waited 10 more minutes but no one notified called or paged us. I finally found my service rep who still was not aware my car was finished. He shuffled some papers and said "Oh, your car is now ready?" I have visited many Toyota service dept over the years and this was the absolute worst experience! We never had to wait more then an hour for an Oil change, which this was not even included. More

Charles Hart within 24hrs. added an additional 500.00 to the price for something that we never requested nor did anyone at the dealership ever discuss or in inform us of. When we approached the issue as a simple oversight Charles became rude an informed us that we were unreasonable customers...they then refused to sell a vehicle to my wife. This was a cash deal! I then spoke to a person named Paul, he too was uncooperative. We were contacted next by the GM named Tommy, he was the most arrogant an childish of the lot. My experiences on buying new vehicles, since 1972, have always been positive and professional. Hendrick Kia of Cary was frustrating, misleading, rude, and unnecessary. I am amazed that this company condones such practices, they also show a long pattern of this misleading activity as well. There are good dealers out there...Hendrick is not one of them. Beware! More
