Worst Experience Ever! I wish I could give a negative star, and I do not even want to give the 1 I gave, but you have to give at least 1 star to post! I purchased a Jeep fro I wish I could give a negative star, and I do not even want to give the 1 I gave, but you have to give at least 1 star to post! I purchased a Jeep from the used car lot in July. Within a week it was back at the dealership where it stayed for almost 2 weeks for a rear end replacement. Every time I would go and check on it I was told "the part is on order", but no one could track it. So for most of my 30 day warranty my truck sat in the back of the Dodge dealership. I soon found out that they did get the part in, but it was broke and had to be sent back. The communication was HORRIBLE AND NO ONE WAS UPDATING US! Yet they gladly took my down payment. I was not given any updates until I called and when I got the Jeep back it had been ran into something! So I had to take it back for bodywork!! I can not make this up! Well I go to get in my Jeep this past weekend and it is a large pool of water in the floor board. Well I yet again take it to the dealership and they tell me to bring it back on Tuesday so it can be repaired (something about a leak in the molding). Well while they were looking at it I hear one of the service department people say "take the soft top off and put on a hard top..problem solved" Well that was not very professional at all! Well I called to see if it will be ready to pick up today or tomorrow to be told "..well our water guy does not come until Friday.." So why tell me to bring it on Tuesday and every time my husband has called today he is put on hold and told the Sales Manager is busy with customers. This is my 1st and LAST purchase from Hendrick and I DO NOT recommend them to ANYONE looking for a new or used car!! More
Worst Service Experience Brought in my new Avalon for the first service at 5k miles. This was labeled as a quick service that took 2.5 hours. I arrived to an empty service bay 10 minutes early and had to wait 20 minutes to speak with my service rep. We waited over two hours when I noticed my car being pulled into the completed line. We waited 10 more minutes but no one notified called or paged us. I finally found my service rep who still was not aware my car was finished. He shuffled some papers and said "Oh, your car is now ready?" I have visited many Toyota service dept over the years and this was the absolute worst experience! We never had to wait more then an hour for an Oil change, which this was not even included. More
Worst and Most Unpleasant Buying Experience in 40 Years! After numerous emails and receiving a price from our salesperson, Jim, we acknowledged that we wanted to make our buy. Charles Hart within 24hrs. added an additional 500.00 to the price for something that we never requested nor did anyone at the dealership ever discuss or in inform us of. When we approached the issue as a simple oversight Charles became rude an informed us that we were unreasonable customers...they then refused to sell a vehicle to my wife. This was a cash deal! I then spoke to a person named Paul, he too was uncooperative. We were contacted next by the GM named Tommy, he was the most arrogant an childish of the lot. My experiences on buying new vehicles, since 1972, have always been positive and professional. Hendrick Kia of Cary was frustrating, misleading, rude, and unnecessary. I am amazed that this company condones such practices, they also show a long pattern of this misleading activity as well. There are good dealers out there...Hendrick is not one of them. Beware! More

Don't Go Here Unless You Want Everything Screwed Up I have never seen a dealership with such a complete lack of understanding of what they are doing. We had to fill out paperwork not one....not twice... I have never seen a dealership with such a complete lack of understanding of what they are doing. We had to fill out paperwork not one....not twice...but three times. Not because of something we did, but because they kept screwing them up. We pent 8 hrs the first time we were there. The second time they had to come to our home. And the third time we spent another 30 minutes there. Not to mention we had to switch out the car once and have a defective tire fixed. It's been almost a month, our next payment will be due and I don't even know if the paperwork has been filed. More

I never thought I would own a Korean named vehicle but if you look at where the major parts and assembly took place it is just about as American as any other car with a traditional American brand name. I would recommend over other Kia dealerships that I visited and thoroughly enjoy the Kia SUV I purchased. More

I bought my 2016 K I usually don't take time to write a review (either good or bad) but I need to write this review. I moved to NC a few months ago. I bought my 2016 Kia Sorento out of state before moving. Well my airbag light came on. I called Hendrick and was told I needed to get the light reset. My son & I headed over to Hendrick for our appointment on Saturday, 1/9/16. We waited for quite a while but the light couldn't be reset. Corey was AWESOME! He noticed my car had a few recalls on it as well. He set me up in a loaner car and had all the recall work done and the airbag modulator replaced. And Dory she was AWESOME as well. I had my 4 year old son with me and you all know that 4 a year old can get pretty antsy when they have to wait. She didn't mind that he ran into her office door and talked her ear off. She gave him a few snacks and made him feel welcomed. Thank you Hendrick for everything. I have found my dealer here in Cary NC. More
