Scheduled appointment to replace one tire under warranty. Arrived promptly and waited, and waited, and waited. Almost 2 hours later my tire was replaced. I appreciate that they were short on service men, how Arrived promptly and waited, and waited, and waited. Almost 2 hours later my tire was replaced. I appreciate that they were short on service men, however they could easily have notified me of the delay. Not their standard service performance. Eddie was very cordial. They did comp me the $20 fee for mounting the tire. More
