I've never written a negative review, but now its my only recourse. I took my high mile 2008 Odyssey with an oil leak/pressure issue. I paid the $500 diagnostic fee and the recommended $3000 in repairs, beca recourse. I took my high mile 2008 Odyssey with an oil leak/pressure issue. I paid the $500 diagnostic fee and the recommended $3000 in repairs, because we needed to van running as a delivery vehicle. On pick up day the van misfired less than 1 mile from dealership. I was told that the new problems were due to past repairs and now a used engine for another $2000 was recommended. I refused anymore work and had to scrap my van full of new OEM Honda parts (I think). Service department manager responded with 1 email blaming past work. They have no problem taking $3500 whether they fix your vehicle or not! More
