I came in looking for a new car in August 2010. Any question or concern that I have had since I purchased the car at Honda Hendrick, Frank has been there to help. I called Frank one evening because of a problem and he even though he was not on the clock, he made me feel that I was just as important to him as when I was purchasing the car. I went in the next day and the problem was fixed. I recently had the rear right speaker blow in my car and when I called the service department they fit me right in. Unfortunately it took a little longer then expected to fix the problem but everyone was very friendly and worked hard to work around my busy work schedule. I would ABSOLUTELY reccommend Hendrick Honda to friends and co-workers looking to upgrade their cars. Frank Giovannone is an asset to Hendricks, and in the future when I am looking for a car I will come back to Hendricks mainly because of the experience I had when with him. His understanding of our needs and driving habits has made the purchase of our 2010 Honda Civic and our 2011 CRV relatively easy and helped us stay within our budget as well. Walking into the showroom is like walking into your living room and having a conversation with a good friend, making us feel like we our a part of the Hendrick family.
