I came in looking for a new car in August 2010. Any question or concern that I have had since I purchased the car at Honda Hendrick, Frank has been there to help. I called Frank one evening because of a problem and he even though he was not on the clock, he made me feel that I was just as important to him as when I was purchasing the car. I went in the next day and the problem was fixed. I recently had the rear right speaker blow in my car and when I called the service department they fit me right in. Unfortunately it took a little longer then expected to fix the problem but everyone was very friendly and worked hard to work around my busy work schedule. I would ABSOLUTELY reccommend Hendrick Honda to friends and co-workers looking to upgrade their cars. Frank Giovannone is an asset to Hendricks, and in the future when I am looking for a car I will come back to Hendricks mainly because of the experience I had when with him.
