Went in for oil change. This and tire rotation was completed. Was informed by Greg of the Master Cylinder seal recall of which I hadn't yet been notified. However when I had service at Coggins in Jacksonville Fl. they provided donuts, rolls & fruit. Just a suggestion! ( extra points) More

Con artists - make sure you pay attention, they are swindlers and fast talkers. Honda goes above and beyond the call of duty when it comes to customer service. This is my first Honda vehicle. A shuttle service is offered although yesterday it didn't work with my schedule; complimen comes to customer service. This is my first Honda vehicle. There must have been 15 cars being worked on at the same time and the wait time is much less than other repair shops I've been to in the past. Sam did a good job. Wish there could have been more flexible on pricing. Only uncomfortable part was the sell job (not by sam) by the dealership on "insurance" for quality issues on product - aka "ext flexible on pricing.
