Robbie greeted me right away when I drove into the service area. He received and credited my coupon and started the process of the oil change. Con artists - make sure you pay attention, they are swindlers and fast talkers. Went in for oil change. This and tire rotation was completed. Was informed by Greg of the Master Cylinder seal recall of which I hadn't yet been notified. However when I had service at Coggins in Jacksonville Fl. they provided donuts, rolls & fruit. Just a suggestion! ( extra points) More

Honda goes above and beyond the call of duty when it comes to customer service. This is my first Honda vehicle. Sam did a good job. Wish there could have been more flexible on pricing. Only uncomfortable part was the sell job (not by sam) by the dealership on "insurance" for quality issues on product - aka "ext flexible on pricing.
