The staff was very very friendly. The labor seems pricey compared to how little the parts cost but no one likes dropping $1200 on a car at one time. Kelly is awesome. She seemedto be one of the more high pressure sales people I have worked with. That didn't affect my own purchase because I had a good plan of attack for my purchasing process.
