Kelly is awesome. She seemedto be one of the more high pressure sales people I have worked with. That didn't affect my own purchase because I had a good plan of attack for my purchasing process. It was nice that he neglected to offer any extended warranty coverages, but I am sure that is against Honda policy. His one word answers and poor demeanor made for a horrible experience. More
