The reason for my bad overall experience was because I had asked for my tires to be rotated and after getting home realized they were not, also I was told I have a possible oil leak and there is no oil dr had asked for my tires to be rotated and after getting home realized they were not, also I was told I have a possible oil leak and there is no oil dripping on the ground when I pull out of my spot. I received a 60,000 mile service. The tires were not rotated. I can tell this by what tire wear was indicated by the mechanic. The battery was changed, however the electrolyte residue was not cleaned rotated. I can tell this by what tire wear was indicated by the mechanic. A coolant flush was also recommended, however from what I have read this service is not scheduled until 120,000 miles or 10 years. I would like further clarification on this matter since this implies recommended repairs that are not required. I will no longer do business with this service department. More

Even though I did have my husband with me, I felt that Frank was talking to me.
