I know Frank since last year when I tried to Lease a Honda car for the first time. Unfortunately at that time my credit was not ready for taking that step because I'm a USA resident only three years ago Honda car for the first time. I knew that no mater what, he was going to be honest with me, and let me know my possibilities without creating false expectations. I'm a family oriented person and I can say he treated me as a family member. He knows that Im a busy person due to my work, so He did not waste my time and most important he made my desire come true. Of course, like in any other business I will always wish for a better price. As an immigrant I do not take things for granted, and I will never forget the people that have gave me a hand when I need it the most, I can say Frank is one of them. We have always been pleased with the service that we receive at Hendrick Honda. The service advisors are always pleasant and helpful about answering questions. Frank was very helpful, friendly, and ready to talk car with us. The only "issue" was having to wait so long to get to Finance. Other than that, it was a most remarkable, pain-free experience. We used the USAA Car Buying Service which the dealership participates in and that assisted us in our purchase. That was a factor in our selection of Hendrick Honda.
