I came in for a 30,000 mile service on my Honda Odyssey and was looking around when Paige intruduced herself and i went from just looking to test driving a Ridgeline, to Purchaseing a new Honda Pilot. Their are two things i have never down,1- never bought a new vehicle, always preowned,2-never made a desision the same night i loooked. Paige was definetly on her game and see worked the deal and got to the numbers that i told her it would take for me to make the deal. My wife,daughter and myself could'nt be happier (unless we could trade this free oil change for 3 hendrick t-shirts, since we did purchase the 55,000mi maintance agreement that includes oil changes)But if not we are stilll happy Hendrick people driving our 3rd handrick ride 1-chevy and 2 hondas.Thanks Paige,you done a great job, i appreciate the way you made my 12yr old daughter feel included. Frank & Matt were both extremely helpful. I gave them an idea of the type of vehicle I wanted as well as the options. I first went to the internet and connected with Brett. He emailed me within and hour and gave me an internet price which was much lower than two other dealers that I had emailed. Two days later we went to the dealer and test drove the car similar to the one we wanted and it was just as we hoped, the car was great although not the interior that we wanted. Brett said that he would get us car with our interior within two days and he did. We picked up the car in three working days after the test drive, great job. More

Rick Hendrick Honda was our first dealership to visit. Bob Hamlin came up to us soon upon arriving. He showed us the Honda Civic which was the car we wanted to see first, and after determining it was to small for our needs, we looked at the Honda CR-V. Bob was very patience with us taking the time to show us every CR-V on the lot. We decided that we liked the CR-V so much that we didn't want to look anywhere else. With .9% financing for 60 months and $2,500.00 for my 10 year old JEEP we closed the deal, and took our CR-V to its new home. Great product + great salesman + great financing = happy custmer! He did all the work,instead of me stressing out trying to find the "right" car. The entire experience was efficient and hassle free. Brett found the perfect car for me and in the price range I gave him. I could not have been happier with the outcome. Brett even took the initiative make sure I got lunch and brought over a couple slices of pizza. Ernie was with a customer and introduced me to Bernie Boettcher. Bernie made me feel right at home and took away all my fears of buying a car. Bernie listened to what I wanted and found just the right Honda Accord 2008 for me. I was nervous about the financing for some reason which wasn't a problem and Bernie keep reasurruring me I was worring for nothing. I was hoping to wait until the first on the year for a car,so this was like a overnight decision to buy a car Saturday.I felt so relaxed and comfortable around Bernie,he made buying a car enjoyable!!!!!!Everyone that was working that day was friendly and spoke to me when they came by.I didn't get to talk with Ernie Banks much,but he came by and made sure that Bernie was taking good care of me! The finance man was super nice(can't remember his name).The only negative thing was my trade in. I understand the problem(speed odom),but still it would have been nice to get something for it! Some other warrents I got helped ease the pain. I will recommended Bernie Boettcher to anyone I know looking to buy a car.Great guy! My son had to take the car for a spin and was bragging about what a great car I had gotten. Thanks Bernie! I love my car!!!!! More
Went here to trade in my wife's Trailblazer for a van. Found a van online that we liked and liked the price. Went to the dealership and test drove and decided to talk about a price. They came back with a price and a monthly payment of $450 a month for a 4 year loan, saying they couldn't find anyone that would give a 5 or 6 year loan. $400 the maximum we wanted to pay. They gave the whole what does it have to be to get you into the van speech. My wife said $425, and he left and came back with a $429 number. We gave in because she liked the van and purchased it on what we thought was a $429 for 4 year loan. Now I am looking at our statement and all Rick Bowers did was move the years from a 4 year to a 5 year loan without telling us. So now we are paying $3500 more in interest at $429 for 5 years than we would at $450 for 4 years and they said nothing about that change, just rushed us out the door after taking every second of our time they possibly could while our 2 kids were starving for dinnertime. Also, they made us buy a $1200 warranty on the certified vehicle because they said the bank wanted to make sure we wouldn't have to worry about maintenance. I guess they didn't have too much confidence on thier certifying the vehicle if we needed a warranty. Dishonest ripoffs of a dealership. You should be ashamed at your financial swindling of a Marine trying to buy a van for his wife and soon to be 3 kids. More
As far as customer service and the friendliness rating go, we were greeted immediately and serviced despite the fact our original contact was sick. There was no high pressure sales pitch during the sale of the vehicle. The salesperson was a great mediator between us and the manager in negotiating a final sale price. One complaint,however,I have is the amount of time it took to finalize the sale. We arrived at 10AM and did not leave with the vehicle until 3:45. Our plans were to go to lunch while they prepared the paperwork but were asked not to because it would only take an hour tops to complete. Big mistake on our part for staying way over the 2 hour mark. More
