Huge shoutout to Marc Mounts, my amazing service advisor at Honda! I recently got a nail in my tire and Marc was an absolute lifesaver. I called him, and he immediately asked for a picture of the damage. Af at Honda! I recently got a nail in my tire and Marc was an absolute lifesaver. After seeing it, he let me know it couldn't be plugged but was incredibly quick in finding a replacement tire for me and got it ordered right away. Here's where Marc truly went above and beyond: he actually came in on his day off the very next day to make sure my tire was prioritized and taken care of first thing in the morning! As if that wasn't enough, he noticed my car was a bit dirty and took it through the car wash, completely free of charge – just out of kindness. Marc is consistently the best.
