We purchased a new Civic from Brian at Hendrick Honda and are very pleased. We have not had any service done there yet but that will come this week. Service was good, someone came right up to me and asked how they could assist me. I was in to get an oil change, they told me the price and I was able to use my rewards points towards it, plus he gave me how they could assist me.
