The experience was great! I only have two issues that bother me. 1. I had to drive back twice to complete either forgotten paperwork or inaccurate paperwork. 2. Service department was very attentive to the concerns presented with our 2010 CRV: a rattle that was heard while driving on bumpy roads. They spent time driving the vehicle with and without me. We had a serious problem with staining on our upholstery on our Honda CRV. We tried to get it cleaned to no avail. We were able to take it to Hendrick Honda and have it cleaned and treated for a decent pric on our Honda CRV. We tried to get it cleaned to no avail. My husband and I went into the Charleston Honda location just to look because my Accord's lease was up at the end of the month. Valery was great and very knowledgeable about the products. We ended up picking a brand new Honda Pilot and LOVE it! Everyone at this Honda dealership from Valery, the Sales Manager, and the gentleman in financing were great and easy to work with...they even put the NCAA Baseball Championship game on while we waited because my team was playing!
