We had a serious problem with staining on our upholstery on our Honda CRV. We tried to get it cleaned to no avail. I had a good experience at Hendrick Honda in Charleston. Paige Suttle was my sales consultant and she was the main reson I was able to walk away happy. Went to Hendrick Honda to buy my first car and had a great experience. Frank came out to greet me and was very patient, helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly throughout the process. My husband and I went into the Charleston Honda location just to look because my Accord's lease was up at the end of the month. Valery was great and very knowledgeable about the products. We ended up picking a brand new Honda Pilot and LOVE it! Everyone at this Honda dealership from Valery, the Sales Manager, and the gentleman in financing were great and easy to work with...they even put the NCAA Baseball Championship game on while we waited because my team was playing! I would highly recommend this Honda and Valery to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle! More
I've worked with a competing Honda dealership for 5 years, buying a new car every 9 months like clockwork. They worked both deals and we ended up with nicer cars in better shape and for a far better price. I can't thank Paige, John and Bernard enough for taking care of us and I look forward to bringing my return business there in the future. I'm also located out of Goose Creek, but it was absolutely worth the drive. More

I am on my 3rd Honda, but I have only been using this dealership for 4 or 5 years now. They have always been very professional and friendly. Lately I've been hit with some pricey things (like a $600 ke dealership for 4 or 5 years now. They have always been very professional and friendly. Lately I've been hit with some pricey things (like a $600 key cylinder replacement to be able to start my car), and then other things like my trunk lock, which i can't afford to fix, and some seatbelt buckle issues. So when i came in this past time and I was facing an almost $1300 catalytic converter replacement when i was just over the warranty miles, I was feeling very frustrated with Hondas; worried that the quality of parts was going downhill, and overall concerned that my faith in Honda and my bragging rights were starting to go downhill. I'm about to start helping my mom look for a used car, and my scope was widening to look at other brands. Sam Latto helped to restore my faith. There is a woman named Mary there, as well, and they both kindly took my multiple calls with questions and concerns as I was doing a little research on issues with catalytic converters. If Sam didn't know an answer right off-hand, he would find out and call me back promptly. I came to pick up my car because i wasn't ready to commit to having the service done yet due to the expense, and the part wasn't in stock, and i wanted to research it more. When i got there, Sam Latto was filling out a Goodwill warranty request for me, which i was very appreciate of. He got back to me when he said he would, with good news that Honda was going to cover 80% of the repair. He ordered the part, and called with updates to keep me informed. I had the repair done, and overall had a great experience, when it could have gone the opposite way. Sam Latto gets high marks in my book for friendliness and reliability. And icing on the cake, was being shuttled back and forth by Hank, who has been doing the shuttle service for them for years now. It's always a pleasure to have a conversation with him on the way there and back. :) More
