I purchased a new vehicle on Friday and I had the best experience I could ever have asked for. From the sales person, Maryam, she made the experience fun and rewarding. From the manager, Mark, Jeff, and B experience I could ever have asked for. From the sales person, Maryam, she made the experience fun and rewarding. From the manager, Mark, Jeff, and Brandon they worked the numbers to get me where I wanted to be. From the finance manager, Derek, who was knowledgeable and gave me the extras that would be the most cost effective. All in all it was an easy and amazing experience. I went in knowing what I wanted and they were receptive to my needs and got me into a brand new 2025 Honda CR-V Hybrid Sport and I couldn't be happier. More
These people do not care about you, your safety, or your car. They want your money and will be completely fine with screwing you over to get it. The full story is below but the tldr is they charged me n car. They want your money and will be completely fine with screwing you over to get it. The full story is below but the tldr is they charged me nearly $900 to fix my car and returned it to me without fixing the problem, causing it to break down on the highway, and then wanted another $1,300 to fix it. I took my car in on a Monday afternoon for slipping and juttering. On Tuesday they call and say they can fix it and do some routine maintenance for a little under $900. It's expensive, but I believe in keeping up with my car's maintenance for my safety, and I've been coming here for years so I thought I could trust them. That was my first mistake. I scrape the money together and tell them to go ahead. On Wednesday morning I pick up my car, they say they test drove it and everything is fine. Great! I drive it home. On the way to work Thursday, the juttering starts again. Well, I can't afford to miss work today and I have a Dr appointment after work, so I hope that it will last until after so I can take it back in. It did not last that long. On the way to this appointment my car breaks down ON 26 W. I nearly get into a very serious accident and barely avoid getting slammed into by a commercial vehicle. At this point I'm a little shook up, so I call the service department back and tell them what's happening. The service rep is condescending and heavily implies that this is my fault because I haven't kept up with the service (I have, and I have the records to prove it). He then says it's likely the transmission fluid as it looked really bad a few days ago. I ask, you mean the transmission fluid I just paid you guys to replace? He responds that they actually only replaced 1/3 of it. They never told me that. By the time my husband comes to pick me up from the side of the highway, I'm very shaken up. My husband calls the service department to complain to them that the service rep was rude and unprofessional. The rep calls MY HUSBAND back to apologize to HIM for his treatment of me. I never received an apology. To be honest, I think that's strange, but in itself not worth a 1 star review. But then he tells my husband that he didn't want to tell me this, but he thinks my transmission is dying. He didn't want to tell me... the owner of the car and the one paying for repairs? I wonder what else they didn't tell me. Friday rolls around, and they call saying they had to search some special message boards for the solution, but they want to replace the fuel injectors and it'll be just under $1,300. I ask what happened to the $900 I gave them last time that they said fixed the issue but didn't? They dodge around the question. Finally I tell them I don't have another $1,300. Their solution is to tell me that this is their special discounted price and they're trying to help me out here and do me a favor. At this point, I'm seeing so many red flags that I just pay out of pocket to have it towed to another repair shop. I so wish I'd gone there first. Brett fixed my car for less than $500 for the exact same repair the dealership wanted to do. He seriously saved me. After all this, I went and spoke with the manager. He offered me a refund of $150 after returning an unsafe car to me, risking my life, a service rep witholding information and berating me over the phone, charging me almost $900, asking for another $1,300, and putting me under serious financial strain. I'll say it again- these people don't care about you, your car, or your safety. They want your money and they will withhold information and screw you over to get it. Go literally anywhere else. More
