Conversely, Paul was very professional and helpful in explaining the process as we moved through it. He also offered me several options during the finance process, which were also welcomed. I think I got a pretty good deal. I wanted a color they didn't have and was able to get one from another dealership through them. Only thing I can say negative is that I was not aware that meant the car w didn't have and was able to get one from another dealership through them.
