He asked what I was looking for, was straightforward, and I ended up making a decision that I was very comfortable with thanks to his help. Looking for a new car can be dreadful at times, but Matt made the process very comfortable and easy. If I know anyone shopping for a car, I'll tell them to go to Hendrick Honda and ask for Matt Depaulis. More
I think I got a pretty good deal. I wanted a color they didn't have and was able to get one from another dealership through them. Only thing I can say negative is that I was not aware that meant the car w didn't have and was able to get one from another dealership through them. Only thing I can say negative is that I was not aware that meant the car would have 850 miles on it. They did give me a bit extra maint to make up for that, though. More
I met Matt on November 30 on a visit to consider leasing a new car. I found him friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to respond to my needs. He introduced me to Ron who also showed an interest in my situation a new car. I found him friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to respond to my needs. I shared my desire for the Honda as well as my financial constraints. Ron and Matt were promptly responsive permitting us to quickly close a deal. I was not emotionally prepared to buy a new car when I headed to Hendrick Honda that Tuesday afternoon. But I had just been told by a repair shop that my 8-year-old Ford needed a little over $3,000 in rep headed to Hendrick Honda that Tuesday afternoon. But I had just been told by a repair shop that my 8-year-old Ford needed a little over $3,000 in repairs. That's about what the trade-in value was. Declining the repairs, I decided it was time. Paige Suttle greeted me, taking down information. We went for a spin in an Accord, which I didn't like. The driver's seat back was really uncomfortable. I had happily owned an Accord for 12 years prior to 2004, so I was unpleasantly surprised. Not to be deterred, Paige thought I might like the Civic. Out we went again. As soon as I sat down, it felt right. That's the car I bought. From the beginning Paige was helpful and supportive. I never felt like she was trying to do a hard sell, and I really appreciated that. There are plenty of sales people who could take lessons from her. Walking me through the financing part was easy and painless. She's a good listener. Follow up from Hendrick Honda has been excellent. I recommend this company wholeheartedly. More
Paige Suttle was outstanding. She met us on the lot while we were looking at the Pilots. As we were discussing the pilot another one of her customers came in and she graciously handed them over to ano while we were looking at the Pilots. As we were discussing the pilot another one of her customers came in and she graciously handed them over to another sales person and stayed with us. She was willing to do that despite the fact that the second customer purchased a vehicle and she only got 1/2 of that sale. As we progressed with the pilot discussion, we totally changed our minds and began looking at the Accord. Paige never showed any frustration by our decision and she was very supportive as we looked at several Accords. After a couple test drives and a look at the cars on the lot, we settled on an Accord Touring. It's an outstanding car and I don't think we would have ended up leasing the vehicle had it not been for Paige's patience and input. The car needed window tinting and door guards and we wanted the stripe removed and Paige arranged all of it to be done on the Monday after the Saturday that we signed the lease. Excellent customer service and focus and I recommended that my daughter contact Paige to see if she could help with her car situation. I was pleased with all aspects of the lease--from the sales to the leasing input to the signing of all the documents. Ron More
