I gave this rating because after having continous problems with another Honda dealer, I came to Hendrick. Not only was I greated with friendly service by everyone in the service department, but while problems with another Honda dealer, I came to Hendrick. Not only was I greated with friendly service by everyone in the service department, but while I was waiting Ross Patel kept me company and continued to check on me. He even came back to ask about a credit card that I lost while waiting. This was above and beyond what I expected! I won't bring my car anywhere else! More

Dealt with Matt initially on-line. He was not available when we came into the dealership so Edward Robinson helped myself and my husband. The entire experience took about 4 1/2 hrs (time spent is very important to me). BY that time it was dark when we took ownership and it was difficult to see the car clearly for inspection. The next day we noticed 2 dents and multiple surfac e scratches. Left information at dealership and Edward called and he had everything worked out and it was fixed (which required the car be there almost 6 hours- More Time and we had NO car). But overall we are pleased with the car and would recommend the dealership. Hopefully the service department is wonderful and easy to work with. More

Clint Powell was very professional and helpful, answering all of my questions and communicating as conveniently and as frequently as I needed. Separately, I would also like to say that I initially dealt with Amy Messer for the financing, and that couldn't have been more cumbersome. I found it hard to get information from her, or in a timely manner. This requested information was never provided, which ultimately led to dealing with Paul Madden instead. Conversely, Paul was very professional and helpful in explaining the process as we moved through it. He also offered me several options during the finance process, which were also welcomed. All in all, the car buying experience between these two guys, with the help of Matt Agosto, could not have gone more smoothly. I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in purchasing a new vehicle. More

He asked what I was looking for, was straightforward, and I ended up making a decision that I was very comfortable with thanks to his help. I think I got a pretty good deal. I wanted a color they didn't have and was able to get one from another dealership through them. Only thing I can say negative is that I was not aware that meant the car w didn't have and was able to get one from another dealership through them.
