After 10 minutes of looking around, had to go find the lady at the counter to ask to test drive. Asked my name and said they'd get me someone right away. Sat for 25 minutes before walking out. Terrible first impression. Going to Fred Anderson now. Never got an associate so selected first one on the list so I can submit this review. More

Two years ago I had my oil chang Unfrotunately I had another terrible experience with this dealership, that I thought I would finally share my review. Two years ago I had my oil changed, and after they gave me a list of things wrong with my vehichle. I knew that couldn't be right, so I brought it into a different dealership to get it looked over and they said it was in perfect condition. I also have never had a problem with any of the things on their "list" over the last two years. Because of this experience I was skeptical about buying a car from them, but we have been on the look out for an odyessy van that I thought it was worth a shot. Well long story short, we had an offer worked out and were about to purchase a van from them that was located at their North Charleston dealership. We went home to grab the paper work we needed while they were supposed to have someone drive the van to the honda dealership, and when we got back, they said it was sold! Really?! That's when the USED SALES MANAGER ANDREW came out to apologize and tell us he would be happy to help us find a new van with the same requirements. That evening while we were at home, we decided to call the North Charleston dealership to see if the van really had sold and it hadn't, it was still waiting for a buyer! WHY the heck would they lie to us!? (oh wait, because they lie about everything!) Also, i tried calling Andrew to talk to him about what we were looking for and ask about the van they had lied about, and said had sold, but its been THREE WEEKS and he still hasn't returned my calls. WORST DEALERSHIP i have ever had to deal with in my life! More

When my car got totaled I visited Hendrick Honda and talked with Anne Marie. It took 3 weeks before insurance finalized everything and I could buy a car. Anne Marie kept in touch with me, was encouraging and kind, and promptly answered all my questions. She and the dealership gave me a GREAT deal on a 2017 Honda Civic sedan. Sameer worked with me as well on the day I made the purchase and was sweet, kind, and patiently went over all the options on my new car. Everyone went above and beyond in making sure I was happy with my purchase. I can't recommend them enough, no hassle, friendly, honorable, like extended family :) More

Slow service Initially I was pleased with the service here but they have gotten increasingly slower with even the simplest of service requests. 3 hours for two tir Initially I was pleased with the service here but they have gotten increasingly slower with even the simplest of service requests. 3 hours for two tires and an alignment with at appointment and arriving at 730 AM when shop opened is unacceptable, especially when quoted two hours. Service advisors move things as quickly as possible but there is obviously an issue on the back end that needs addressing. Don't come here unless you expect to spend half a day waiting, especially on Saturday. More
