Broken lug from cross thread lug nut (not Hondas fault). Your guys were great getting it fixed with minimum damage to the rim. Help find a rim repair guy at the dealership. I think the workmanship is poor. I brought my car in on 2/7/26 because the car was vibrating very bad and the engine light came on a couple of times, It was suppose to be fixed that I brought my car in on 2/7/26 because the car was vibrating very bad and the engine light came on a couple of times, It was suppose to be fixed that Monday. When I picked up my car after it was SUPPOSE TO BE FIXED according to Greg Bennett . I brought the car back in a couple o f days later . I was told the mechanic found something else wrong with the car which caused additional payment . At present the car is still vibrating while driving. I am contemplating on reporting this matter to The Better Business Bureau. More
