Just get ripped off by this dealer went there couple days ago because my car wasn't starting was told my battery is perfectly fine now today the same thing happened I went back there was told they going to c ago because my car wasn't starting was told my battery is perfectly fine now today the same thing happened I went back there was told they going to charge me $80 for a test which show my battery is bad so I need a battery I think that was a ripped off so I went somewhere else and get me a battery won't be going back there for a service anymore that's what big companies does More

One of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had. Came in to utilize an offer that they mailed to me despite their services being on the higher end price wise because I trusted them and had historic Came in to utilize an offer that they mailed to me despite their services being on the higher end price wise because I trusted them and had historically used Hendrick dealerships for service. I forgot to present my offer her checking out but called on my way home to let them know and while they said they would have it applied, they actually disappeared and ignored my calls and emails on multiple occasions. Too bad because I had enjoyed working with them up until this time consuming & ridiculous situation. More

She is a Citadel student and I monitor the vehicle maint The support of Mark Bohlen is greatly appreciated, taking care of my daughter's 2014 CR-V. She is a Citadel student and I monitor the vehicle maintenance from Michigan. Mark is very valuable to me because when I can't reach him on my first try, he always calls me the same day. In our case, I want to be very honest with the improvement that we have observed in the normal services of the 2014 CR-V +100k miles (oil change, tire rotation, etc.). Our 2014 CR-V always had services at a Honda dealership in Michigan (services for minors and majors). Hendrick Honda's prices are very competitive against the Detroit area. (I sometimes went to West Michigan dealerships to get majors services like brakes). Honda Hendrick's prices are like Honda West Michigan's. We have already performed 5 services on Honda Hendrick, and the first three services did not reset the engine oil change warning light and my daughter asked me how to reset the dash light. I told Mark about that (small details, but so far there are no more problems). I noticed in the 4th service, that they just followed the checklist on the possible services that the car might need based on the miles (without checking if the engine air filter was necessary, for example). Then my daughter began to mistrust. (I spoke to Mark and he took care of our concerns). In our last service (5th), we asked Mark to quote all tire changes (4 tires), fuel injection service, and engine oil change. He did an amazing job. Very good price vs other options in Charleston, SC and the service was done in 4 hours (additionally they lent my daughter a car for free). Being a remote parent and feeling comfortable that your local Honda dealer is taking care of my daughter's car makes a big difference. I recommend Mark Bohlen and the dealer.
