He explained all the features pretty well so I would understand what did what and made sure I saw the other options of cars they had. Sam helped us with the financial part, and I really appreciate him explaining all the packages and doing what he could to try to bring the prices within our budget. At the end of the day, everyone I interacted with were friendly and professional, and it made my experience buying my first car not as stressful as I was expecting it to be. More
