The advisor was great, but my issues lie with the mechanic. I explained the problems with my car, and my advisor trusted the mechanic's expertise. He assured me that the mechanic would perform a thor mechanic. I explained the problems with my car, and my advisor trusted the mechanic's expertise. He assured me that the mechanic would perform a thorough inspection. It seems the mechanic fell short and didn’t complete the inspection. It turns out my rear brake shoes, pads, and calipers. In North Carolina, Honda provides a full report with media showing what needs attention. Since the due diligence wasn’t done, I had to take time off work to get my car repaired. Not only did the dealership fall short, but its repairs also reflect a lackluster quality. More
