On my way home I heard a bumping sound from under my car. Jeffery Smith wanted to take a test drive, but he was unable to hear the problem. I thought he had done more than what was expected, but Jeffery Smith wanted to put the car up on the rack and did. He found a loose bolt that needed tighten down. He not only found the problem but fixed it. That kind of perseverance speaks for itself. I will just add, I am awfully glad I have Jeffery Smith looking after my car. More
