My vehicle battery died New Years Eve after less than 3 years of purchase. I was very upset. I called Andrea my service advisor, Hendricks, frustrated and angry. I went in for two reasons: to have the oil changed because I was going to be making a trip to As always, my Honda Dealership gave me superb service. I went in for two reasons: to have the oil changed because I was going to be making a trip to the NC mountains the next day through Christmas, and I also needed my driver’s side visor fixed because it would never stay in the “up” position but always flopped down. I didn’t have much time because I was leaving the next day after I called to make the appointment. I also sprung the visor problem on them when I arrived the day of my appointment. Not only did they fit me in but Justin managed to arrange for a new visor to be installed the same afternoon as my oil change.
