We have never had a nicer vehicle as the Mazda CX9 so it was nice she understood us not wanting to wreck on the way home. Melissa made sure we were comfortable w/every part of the car buying. Then when we went to get it, Melissa made sure we knew where everything was on the vehicle, made sure mirrors were in place & made sure our seat & steering wheel was positioned right. She took the time w/us to make sure we felt comfortable driving off. Melissa then called just to check on us & see how we were liking our vehicle. What salesperson cares enough to do that. When the time comes to replace another one of our vehicles, Melissa Evans will be the one we go too. More
