The staff is undeniably friendly. However, they surely lack options on the lot, colors and styles are very limited in comparison to larger dealerships. That was the way when I bought my new 2024 Civic EXL and the same when I went back to consider trading that one in for a HRV, but that was a total crap show. But, the staff is friendly.
