The intake service was terrible. When I asked about the coupon, I was told that my vehicle takes more than five quarts of oil, so I couldn’t use it. He then said that if I didn’t like the price, I could go somewhere else. At that point, they already had my vehicle, and it was 7:00 a.m., so I reluctantly told him to go ahead with the oil change. After the service was completed, a very nice lady came to check me out and review the recommended services. I stopped her and told her that I would never return to this location. She asked why, and after I explained what had happened, she involved a manager. They apologized and ultimately honored the coupon. While I appreciate the apology and the adjustment to the bill, the poor customer service and unprofessional attitude I received during intake were enough for me to decide that I will not be returning to this dealership. More

So what can I say about HENDRICK HONDA and Charlotte outside of their awesome I’m currently in a 22 Honda Accord it’s my third vehicle from them. I wanna take a moment to talk about a gentleman by the name of Glen Barker, he was my service advisor .First and foremost, this gentleman is just an awesome person to interact with really down to earth. I went in there recently to get my oil changed and he identified an issue within the Vehicle and let’s just say he worked with me to find a solution . I truly am appreciative of all his Customer Service. This man is a gem get him a raise. Personally, this is the type of Customer Service that I truly value and will always go out of my way to give them my business because they employ people like Mr. Glen Barker, when I say that I went out of my way or go out of my way, I drove over an hour just to get my oil changed with them with him .Truly professional I want to say thank you as well.
