Hendrick Honda

Hendrick Honda has my good rating in several categories but not so good on others. My rating is not based on comparison but on the disappointment of feeling somewhat manipulated. Next to the plus of finding the car desired my expectation and desire was to have an opportunity to negotiate a better price. The system, procedure used however putting the purchase in process precluded the negotiating opportunity. I was led to believe I would have that opportunity but it did not materialize. Yes, I could have just walked away from the car I wanted but not wanting that conflict or “stress,” I swallowed the price.. Being extremely pleased with the really low mileage I was also led to believe the “certified” warranty would cover more than it does which I learned as the papers were being signed . Again I could have stopped the purchase right then and there but could not get past the “stress” I really did not want. Again I went ahead and completed the purchase. I don’t like dealing with car dealers! I do have the car I wanted but at a price not wanted.. More
