I liked the fact that Raj the salesman at Hendrick Honda took my trade-in to get appraised. When they were done with the appraisal Raj handed me my car keys back. The sales manager didn’t hold them hostage took my trade-in to get appraised. When they were done with the appraisal Raj handed me my car keys back.
