WHAT MAKES A DEALERSHIP? SERVICE AND YOUR PEOPLE YOUR STAFF IS UNREAL, JACK WILLIAMS WAS AND STILL IS. I USE USAA FOR EVERYTHING. AFTER FINDING THE CAR I WANTED ( WAS OVER PRICED FOR MY BUDGET) HE HE YOUR STAFF IS UNREAL, JACK WILLIAMS WAS AND STILL IS. I USE USAA FOR EVERYTHING. AFTER FINDING THE CAR I WANTED ( WAS OVER PRICED FOR MY BUDGET) HE HELPED GETTING ME ONLINE WITH USAA, AND WORKED OUT WITH THEM MY INSURANCE AND THE LOAN WITH USAA. THEY CAME UP MY COVERAGE AND WHAT I COULD AFFORD. JACK WENT TO THE BACH OFFICE AND WAS ABLE TO BRING THE PRICE DOWN TO MY APPROVED LOAN. HE WORKED OVER 4 HOURS AND ENDED UP WITH A SIGNED CONTRACT, LOAN FINISHED AND YOUR ELECTRONIC CHECK WAS PRINTED OUT. ALL SAID AND DONE I DROVE OUT WITH THE CAR. JUST GREAT... IN THE RATING OF 1 TO 5 STARS I CANT RATE HIM 5 STARS !!! I WOULD RATE HIM 500 STARS PLUS A BANNER OVER HIS CUBICLE PLUS BALLON'S. HE IS A PLEASURE TO RATE. HE IS NOW FINDING THE 2ND KEY FOR THE CAR. Disappointed the worst dealershi I ever had been. The problem begin when I bought my "0" Honda Fit 2015. My mistake was accept this car when they show me a spot the worst dealershi I ever had been. The problem begin when I bought my "0" Honda Fit 2015. My mistake was accept this car when they show me a spot at the left door and asked to go back another time fix it. I went it still there. They suggest repaint my car... Really??? I'd like return it. I call Honda, manager etc several times.... They sold a repaint car as a New. I was sure about that when my brother saw the panel 1 Inch up at the same side of the spot. They replace 3 peaces inside the panel to fix it. Then somebody schatch the door a little be and the paint peel off. I went to another dealership to apraise he asked why it was repainted. I will never ever will step inside this place again. More
