Actually to hear back from an actual employee that worked there and not a call center was highly doubtful in my mind. Thought ibwould just get emails filling my inbox, but thats when i found my Angel. Kristin Waldrop started me on a what was that only a dream, to a reality i could actually but this car. Long story short, I only dealt with two people and it was the nicest. Kristin Waldrop I remembered out of everyone. She was the best. Seems so hard working for a young lady. He has a fantastic personality- so funny and personable- besides being knowledgable and good at what he does. James found my car in no time at all. Earlier, Jose took me on a virtual tour of the car I was interested in via FaceTime, and since this was a used car, he fully disclosed a couple of areas where some paint touch-up was needed.
