We spent all night Monday, Tuesday a Hendrick and Sales Consultant Andrew M. Craig helped us in a 'pinch.' Due to an accident, we needed a new car. We spent all night Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday looking & test driving. We decided on the Honda CR-V. We were a Rick Case family member, so we went with them in Davie. It was 5pm, the final day of the month. We were only $600 apart. But they would not budge. So we called their bluff and walked out. We ate dinner and called one Honda dealer, told him what we were willing to pay, etc, and we would purchase that night. He said he would call me back. We waited 90 minutes -no call. So we called Hendrick, made the same offer and guess what? Ten minutes later they called back and said, 'Yes we can make that happen.' So we arrived at about 7pm and was greeted by Sales and Leasing Consultant, Andrew M. Craig. Everything went smoothly. We were treated well. Mr. Craig accommodated us on several requests - which we really appreciated! We did the tag, insurance and financing there and it was all made very easy for us. And they allowed our 12 year old son to keep busy by 'rummaging through' all the showroom cars. Mr. Craig has since followed up with us several times to make sure we are satisfied -and we are! Thank you Mr. Craig and Hendrick Honda. We are now part of your family! More
