Since hello he has been over the top courteous, kind, respectful, gracious and helpful. He was patient and kind throughout the time I worked with him. He is so down to earth, reasonable and easy to work with. He is so hardworking and has a high level of integrity which is one of the utmost important qualities to have. Knowing him has been a great pleasure! He’s also really funny and makes it so much fun!!! I hope he gets promoted/a raise very soon because I know he’s worth it, a definite keeper and one of the greatest assets to the company. I just can’t say enough. Bought a new Honda! I was not prepared to buy a car on the day I walked in. I just wanted to show my husband how cute the Honda Fit is. Awful experience. Run away from this dealer ! I bought a 2016 Grand Caravan almost a month ago and when I was checking the car to leave the dealer, I noticed that the spare tire kit was missing. I I bought a 2016 Grand Caravan almost a month ago and when I was checking the car to leave the dealer, I noticed that the spare tire kit was missing. I showed the problem to the sales person and she told me to come back the next business day to have their garage manager order the parts and fix the issue. When I returned, the Sales Manager told me that they were requesting the parts and that someone from Customer Service would call me to take the car in to put the spare tire and the kit in place. It has been 4 weeks and I didn't get any feedback from the dealer. I called the sales person several times, sent texts and she never got back to me. I got the same behavior from the Sales Manager, which by the way, left the company. Everyday I face the risk of having a flat tire and the dealer just doesn't care ! The spare tire kit is a mandatory safety item not an accessory nor optional item! It's really disappointing to be treated this way. More

Impeccable Customer Service Experience! I inquired about a Mazda CX-7, and had the unique pleasure of receiving the full attention from one of the Used Car Managers, Rich Reed. Rich was prof I inquired about a Mazda CX-7, and had the unique pleasure of receiving the full attention from one of the Used Car Managers, Rich Reed. Rich was professional, personable, knowledgeable, and quite frankly destroyed the stereotypical view of “car salesman”. His customer service skills were exceptional, and he honestly made me feel like a valued customer. This was a long distance inquiry from Charleston, SC (9.5hrs away) and I was looking to choose between his vehicle, and another vehicle in Charlotte, NC, which is only 2.5hrs away from me. Rich sincerely went out of his way to earn my business. In the end, it was Rich, not the vehicle, that was the deciding factor in choosing Hendrick Honda of Pompano Beach as the place to buy my vehicle. Rich even had one of his sales staff, Jack Williams, pick me up from the airport! Jack was personable and professional as well in every aspect of my buying experience while at Hendrick Honda. He went out of his way to make my buying experience go as smooth as possible. After I purchased the vehicle and drove it home, he made the extra effort to locate an extra key fob remote for the vehicle, and promptly mailed it to me. I commend these two Professionals in providing me the best car buying experience I’ve ever had! I would not hesitate for a second buying long distance from them again, or recommending the same to family & friends! More
