I asked him about a particular Honda Civic that I liked to see. He was very courteous, and he said he will look for it the next day. Next morning, I met Mr. Koppelman at Hendrick Honda's dealership. He informed me that the car I was interested in was already sold, and he presented to me another one that had the same features except it was a Hatchback. I test drove the car and it was a match for me. Mr. Nicholas Koppelman did an excellent job explaining all the car's features and technology including the Honda Sensing features. I needed out of my current car but was turned away by every dealership I tried; but Hendrick Honda took the challenged and listened to my needs/wants for my next car. My salesman Quinnton showed me a lightly used 2018 Honda Odyessy. It was the perfect color combination and had all of the features that I wanted. I test drove the car and knew it was perfect for my growing family. The process took a LONG time- I was there for about 6 hours. We agreed on the trade in value, purchase price, and extend warranties that I wanted with little effort. (I didn't have haggle with them a lot) After it was all done, I was handed a key to my new car. Quinnton then went over every detail on the car and how things worked. I was promised the missing items within a week or 2 but I'm afraid that I will have to come out of pocket to replace these items even though my car is Certified pre-owned. More
